The successful offeror will remove existing windows, repair any minor wall damages (corridor, patient rooms, bathrooms, nurse station area, offices, etc.) in walls prior to completing the finishes, keep existing window screens in place, and install new windows. The Contractor will provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and certain other items as described in the statement of work. The magnitude of construction is: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about October 11, 2023.
