THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE BB Replace Chilled Water System for Building 1. SOLICITATION # 36C24823R0187 UNRESTRICTED, OPEN TO ALL BUSINESS TYPES This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted, open to all business types. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. The VAAR 836.204 magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) BB Replace Chilled Water System for Building 1, Project 673-18-605, James A. Haley VA Hospital, Tampa, FL 33612, RFP # 36C24823R0187(replaces RFP # 36C24823R0135). The Bid /Build contract shall replace The Chilled Water System for the building 1 at the James A. Haley VA Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, Florida as required by the drawings and specifications included in this acquisition package. The existing chiller is not performing to standard. (See Attached SOW and documents) Per 52.225-11, One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements." The anticipated posting date of the solicitation on SAM.gov | Home will be on or about July 25, 2023. Contractors must be registered in the SAM.gov | Home portal prior to contract award, during contract period of performance and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The request for proposal (RFP) with SPECs and further details will be published with after closing of the synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
