General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) has a requirement for construction services for project titled Expand Interventional Radiology Suite. This project will remodel and/or relocate, as required, the functions within the Interventional Radiology Suite (IRS) to significantly improve the patient flow and expand the IRS to establish an administrative area, a recovery bed area, and a nurse station as required on the construction drawings and specifications. Contractor period of performance shall be 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204(e). The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about June 20, 2023. The site visit is tentative scheduled for June 23, 2023 at 10:00 AM (EST). All information for this solicitation will be posted at GPE at SAM.GOV. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV and must be certified SDVOSB and verified in SBA s VetCert program database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) before the solicitation due date.
