General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) has a requirement for design-build services for project titled Install Heat Machine at Main Building. The project is to provide heat machines on the main chilled water and re-heat water systems. Contractor shall perform a thorough field assessment of the existing chilled and re-heat water systems infrastructure, operations, and all required information to develop and install a complete system. Contractor period of performance shall be 555 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulation 836.204 (f)(2). The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about May 26, 2023. Site Visit: No pre-proposal/Site Visit will be conducted during Phase One of the solicitation. Those offerors selected to participate in Phase Two of the solicitation will receive information about Phase Two pre-proposal conference/Site Visit in the invitation to participate in Phase Two. All information for this solicitation will be posted at GPE at SAM.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV and must be certified SDVOSB and verified in SBA s VetCert program database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) before the solicitation due date.
