This design-build procurement will replace the existing finishes and install specialty items & cabinets located in CLC 3 at the VA Medical Center, Lake City, FL. The Contractor will provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and certain other items as described in the statement of work. The magnitude of construction is: Between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about May 11, 2023. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the SAM.GOV website at www.sam.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV).
