The Contractor will provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and certain other items as described in the statement of work. The magnitude of construction is: Between $100,000 and $250,000 The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about May 9, 2023.
