The existing system is an outdated unit and needs to be upgraded. Contractor shall ensure all aspects of the new water heater meets all applicable codes and regulations. Work includes general construction, alterations required for civil, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work, and certain other items as described in the specifications and drawings.
