Phase 1 proposals are due 05/05/2023. There is not a Site Visit or RFI due date at this time. Those dates will be provided by Amendment to this notice. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The West Palm Beach VA Health Care System strives to support both patients and staff in the healthcare environment. The protection of the health of the patients, visitors, and staff from risk associated with construction activities and the associated environment is of the highest priority. This solicitation is intended to facilitate a Design-Build (DB) Guaranteed Maximum Price contract that focuses on design and construction for the upgrade and repair of various deficiencies with the nine (9) parking garage stairwells located in parking structures East and West, on the VAHCS West Palm Beach campus.
