The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO-8) intends to award a fixed-price contract for construction services for the complete project, which include construction service for project number 546-23-115, “Renovate Spinal Cord Unit”, located at the Miami VA Medical Center (MVAMC) at 1201 NW 16TH Street, Miami, FL 33125. The objective of this project is to renovate walls, floor and ceiling of the Spinal Cord building 1, main hospital. The scope of this project is a Bid Build to renovate walls, floor and ceiling of Spinal Cord area, in building 1 main hospital hallways, patient rooms and staff areas. Project excludes telecom rooms and areas with ceramic tiles (wall and floor ceramic tiles) and areas with epoxy flooring. Area of this project is approximately 29,785 square feet (sf). Contractor shall provide all material, tools, labor, personal protection equipment, and supervision to complete this project.
