Project Title: Design-Build (DB) Install Site Preparation – Cart Washer at Lake Nona Project Number: 675-22-811 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IAW VAAR 836.204 the magnitude of construction VA project is: $500,000 and $1,000,000, FAR Part 36.204 (c). NAICS: 236220 – Commercial and Industrial Building Construction. Service Code: Y1PD – Construction of Waste Treatment and Storage Facilities. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This solicitation will be evaluated on a Trade-Off basis. As stated elsewhere in this solicitation, this procurement is a two (2) Phase Design/Build IAW FAR 36.3. One solicitation will be issued covering both phases. In Phase I proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will submit proposals in Phase II.
