The U.S. Government currently occupies medical space in a building under a lease in Daytona Beach, FL, that will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Department of Veterans Affairs currently leases 12,257 of office space and utilizes 70 on-site parking spaces in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Government desires a lease up to 15 Years with termination rights after the 10-year firm-term will be considered. Surface and Structured parking will be considered. Occupancy no later than April 1, 2023. The above requirements must be satisfied in order for consideration. If any of the above requirements are not met, your response will be considered non-responsive and will not be accepted. Responses/Interest are due on or before February 13, 2023, at 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: LPGA Blvd. South: U.S. HWY 92 East: S. Nova Blvd. West: Interstate 95  Expressions of interest shall include the following: Building name, address, and age Location of the available space within the building Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available and expected rental rate per RSF ABOA/Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) to be offered and expected rental rate per NUSF Building ownership information Amount of parking available on-site; include its cost and indicate whether the expected rental rate includes such required for Government parking (if applicable).
