This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement to provide a new one (1) million gallons capacity above ground steel water tank. Demolition of the existing 200K gallons underground concrete water tank shall be performed. The performance period for this project is 900 calendar days from Notice to Proceed effective date. The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 01/26/2023. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the SAM.gov website at www.sam.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV).
