This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) Phase 1 Dates: Site Visit is 1/4/23 at 0830; RFIs due 1/9/23 at 1400; Phase 1 Proposals due 1/20/23 at 1400. PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Design-Build project focusing on the improvement of the Walking Path within the West Palm Beach Site/Campus. Work Includes demolition and replacement of the existing walking path to meet all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and VA guidelines for accessibility, installation of lighting within the path and miscellaneous concrete repairs within the area of work. Project is located within the West Palm Beach VAMC, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410.
