AMENDMENT THREE: Responses to RFIs provided with attachments. AMENDMENT TWO: Site Visit Sign In Log provided, titled "S06 Attachment to 36C24823R0054 0002". AMENDMENT ONE: Site Visit Time Change Only - Site Visit will be held at 10:30 on 11/22/22. You will be meeting COR Brian Taylor. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, associated equipment, and design build services necessary to upgrade and repair various deficiencies within the West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Work includes replacement of deteriorated loading dock equipment and gates, pressure jetting of Building 19 Hospice storm drain, upgrade of Building 3 Community Life Center (CLC) gazebos and upgrade of Building 1 Main Hospital exterior lighting scones. Work needed due to loading dock lifts and levelers meeting end of life; exterior building lighting has deteriorated and requires replacement; flooding at Hospice requires immediate attention. Project is located within the West Palm Beach VAMC, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. Period of Performance is 200 Days after receipt of written NTP.
