PROJECT TITLE: Design Build (DB) Upgrade and Repair Various Site Conditions, PROJ 548-22-118 CONTRACT TYPE: Design Build (DB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, associated equipment, and design build services necessary to upgrade and repair various deficiencies within the West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Work includes replacement of deteriorated loading dock equipment and gates, pressure jetting of Building 19 Hospice storm drain, upgrade of Building 3 Community Life Center (CLC) gazebos and upgrade of Building 1 Main Hospital exterior lighting scones. Work needed due to loading dock lifts and levelers meeting end of life; exterior building lighting has deteriorated and requires replacement; flooding at Hospice requires immediate attention. Project is located within the West Palm Beach VAMC, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410.
