General Description: The primary objective of this procurement is to renovate approximately 6,800 square feet (SF) on the fourth (4) Floor, B section (Stairwells for Hemodialysis), Main Building at the Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 1601 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, Florida. The contractor will provide all general construction services, alterations, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and certain other items as described in the specifications and drawings.
