The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System is seeking a business who can provide Histology Cost per Test (CPT) for Special Stainer Immunochemistry, In Situ Hybridization, Digital Scanner and Tracking Workflow System to include reagents of detection kits for immunochemistry, probes and special stains. In addition, the CPT includes the equipment, detection kits, simple stains, complex stains, preventative maintenance, delivery, installation and service support for a base of twelve months and four twelve month options for the Microbiology Department in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
