This SOW states that there are 62 Mass Services and 10 Interment/memorial services, so the total annual number appears to be 72. Can you confirm this for me? Answer: There are a total of 64 services each year. Please complete the attached revised Price/Cost Schedule. Question 2: What is the past award Contract Number? Answer: The current contract # is 36C24818D0180 and expires 10/1/2023. Question 3: Is there an incumbent in place? Answer: Yes, there is an incumbent in place. Question 4: What is the size of the choir, if any? Answer: There is no choir. Question 5: Is there an incumbent Music Director available at the chapel, or will the Organist perform the services of the Music Director at the same? Answer: The awardee will serve as the Music Director and needs to establish a relationship with the Catholic Chaplain that leads the service. Question 6: Aside from the Hammond Organ, what other musical instruments are available for use at the chapel? Answer: Besides the Hammond Organ, there is a Kurzwell SP2XS electrical keyboard piano. Question 7: Are there music sheets available for use at the chapel? Who will fund the CCLI certification of the music sheets? Answer: There are no music sheets. The awardee will need to be responsible for them. CWBYVAMC has a subscription to CCLI that Chaplain Service pays for the musical license.
