Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation issued as an RFQ, solicitation number is 36C24823Q1859. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 Effective September 22, 2023. This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation is being issued as a total Small Business set aside. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, San Juan Services Team is seeking to purchase non-personal services for Preventive maintenance and repair for Stryker Stretchers and Joerns Electrical beds services at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System in the following location: 10 Casia Street, San Juan PR 00921-3201. A list containing the contract line-item number(s), description, unit of issue and quantities (including option periods) is attached.
