Bill Young VA Catholic Worship Services. The contractor shall be catering to veteran patrons and their families. The Chapel serves patrons who are both inpatient and outpatients. There are four main categories of inpatient patrons: (1) Mental Health Patients (receiving treatment for substance abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other psychiatric conditions), (2) Nursing Home Patients, (3) Hospice Patients (receiving palliative care for terminal conditions), and (4) Geriatric Patients.
