The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable for this acquisition is 339113, Surgical appliance and Supplies manufacturing with a related size standard 800 employees. The proposed action is for firm-fixed price, which will be advertised as a set-aside to Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The solicitation will be posted on or about 07/24/2023, via Opportunities website on Sam.gov. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 dated 06/02/2023.
