Firms that can provide the equipment are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Contracting Officer, Jose Delgado, at jose.delgado3@va.gov. Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the Sources Sought (July 12, 4:00PM EST) to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name and are asked to provide a capabilities statement (if available) and a letter ( on manufacturer's letterhead) stating your company is an authorized dealer/distributor with all responses. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice.
