Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide RN approved Triage Education training to the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) Emergency Department (ED). The training will be provided in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Location: Orlando VA Medical Center located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827. This is a market research/ sources sought synopsis only (not a pre-solicitation notices under FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote, or a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost incurred in the preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small business are encouraged to participate in this survey. NCO 8 anticipates awarding a 12-month Firm Fixed Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The applicable NAICS Code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training, with a small business size standard of $15,000,000.00. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using products and services to provide RN approved Triage Education training in accordance with the PWS, to the Contract Specialist within eight (8) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement, show experience providing RN approved Triage Education training. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
