SOURCES SOUGHT  The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 19,025 net usable square feet (NUSF) of clinical space in Tampa, Florida for use by VA personnel, furnishings, and equipment for the Dermatology and Micrographic Surgery Clinic.  125 parking spaces are required. A lease up to 20 years will be considered.  Proposed Property shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain. The space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 29, 2024. The lease space must be fully serviced to include all utilities, landscaping, trash removal, and janitorial services.  Lease space within the following boundaries will be considered: North: Bruce B. Downs Blvd East: Interstate 75 South: East Bougainvillea Ave West: N 23rd street and Bruce B. Downs Blvd  A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff. Expected rental rate per NUSF Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability Building ownership information and authorization from owner to offer the property if applicable Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the proposed building List of services provided (Utilities, janitorial, pest control, security monitoring, etc.).  The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.   Please note: This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals.
