Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 intend to solicit for services to remove, design, install, and maintain numerous audiovisual systems for the Orlando VA Healthcare System. Based on the responses received from sources sought notice number 36C24822Q1460, the Request for Quotation will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The anticipated base period of performance is September 01, 2023, through March 31st, 2024. The Government is anticipating an award of a firm-fixed price contract from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to SAM.gov, the official U.S. Government system for contract opportunities. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation will be on or about June 20th , 2023. Contractors must be certified with the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and must be registered in the SAM.gov | Home portal prior to contract award, during contract performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment.
