This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The sources sought notice is for market research purposes to make the appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 333914, Measuring, Dispensing and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, size standard of 750 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando VA Medical Center is seeking a source to provide a General Electric AC Motor, Vertical Hollow Shaft High Thrust, Model 5KS449SAJ7040, 200 Horsepower (HP), 460 VOLT, 60 Hertz (HZ), 1200 Revolutions per Minute (RPM), FRAME: L449TP16, National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) Totally Enclosed, Fan-Cooled (TEFC) for the Lake Nona Central Energy Plant. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone, Email, System for Award Unique Identification Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...), and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. This must not be a generic line card but something that the government can positivity use to determine the procurement strategy of this requisition.
