The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) intend to solicit for services to provide removal and disposal of regulated medical and hazardous waste. Based on the responses received from sources sought notice ID 36C24823Q0842, the Request for Quotation will be set-aside for 100% Small Business concerns. The first anticipated ordering period of performance is August 20, 2023, through August 19, 2024. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation on SAM.gov | Home will be on or about June 09, 2023. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov | Home portal prior to contract award, during contract ordering period of performance and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal is $41.5 Million.
