The Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) requires a services contract to provide scheduled maintenance, repairs, and software updates for the Bond III Fully Automated IHC and ISH Staining System in the Pathology and Laboratory service. Services will include emergency repair services, labor, travel, and replacement parts, and one planned maintenance inspection per period. This service requires specialized training and safety equipment that our in-house technicians are not trained for. The service is to take place in the HTM shop area at the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) Lake Nona Medical Center or at the vendor s respective repair facility. The anticipated period of performance is July 01, 2023, through June 30, 2028. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to SAM.gov | Home, the official U.S. Government System for contract opportunities. The anticipated date of solicitation will be on or about June 1, 2023. Contractors must register their entity at SAM.gov prior to contract award, during performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance is $34 Million.
