This solicitation will be set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer BRAND NAME OR EQUAL products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert), Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted, and a COMPLETED VAAR 852.219-76 Certification. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333241 (Food Product Machinery Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about May 30, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.beta.SAM.gov).
