If it is per week, would you like the grand total to be updated to reflect the entirety of the 5-year contract or just the grand total of cost per week over the life of the 5-year contract? The total is a accumulate value for 5 years. Is there any volume data for the last 60-90 days or is this a new mission? 1-3 trips monthly Who is the incumbent? FCX, LLC What's the current contract price if any? Base with 4 option periods $34,043.44 Do we have a trip estimation volume while on-call during after hours, weekends and holidays? 1- 3 monthly What is the set aside for this solicitation?  Small business There are quantities assigned to different locations, do they represent the number of clinics per location? The quantities represent the number of estimated trips to that location. What type of vehicle needed for your contract. The Government do not dictate what type of vehicle to use. 9. Can you confirm the pickup location?  Gainesville VAMC or Lake City VAMC 10. Within 24hrs what's the total estimate picked up? 1 11. The equipment from the VA facilities, does it have to be returned the same day? The VA does not provide equipment. 12. Is this expected parcel per pickup or will there be more then 1 package, and if so will it be the same type of parcel? This is not a standard delivery for a certain medication, the delivery can vary depending on the medication(s). 13. Total number of pick-ups, historical or estimated. I don t see the total estimated or historical daily, weekly, monthly or yearly trips (pick-ups) for each destination. Is that information available? The information is available in the price/cost schedule. Am I missing it or misreading it?  See page 2-20. It would clarify how many vehicles and transport specialists we would expect to have available to service this contract. Additional clarification or historical information on percentage of trips that are weekday normal business hours and percent that are weekend and or late night or holiday?  All trips are as needed, averaging 1-3 trips monthly. Power for portable refrigeration clarification: Is this requirement 12-volt power or generator produced 120-volt power? The Government do not dictate voltage of the refrigerator. Do we have an historical number of deliveries requiring this power? No, contractor must be able to refrigerate medication requiring a certain temperature. Pg 41 E.4 52.212-3  Since we completed our SAM, CAGE and SDVOSB verification in April of 2023 is it safe to assume that we only complete  (b)(1) and (b)(2) on page 45? Even though we are a SDVOSB? This information is required to be completed in SAM, if completed disregard. Past Performance Survey: This is the first VA contract we are bidding so we do not have any past VA performance, but we do have private industry contracts. Can we have the Survey completed by clients in private industry like hospitals and law firms that we service?  Yes Is this contract for an individual or someone with multiple employees? The Government does not dictate the number of employees.
