The purpose of this notice is for the market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decision to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Borescope system for inspection and verification of patency of surgical instruments or Reusable Medical Devices for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable, and capability statement to the requirement.
