STATEMENT OF NEED GENERAL: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) Mental Health and Domiciliary has executed a new lease/build that will consolidate and expand the mental health and domiciliary clinic, 8541 Temple Terrace Highway, Tampa, Florida 33637, has a requirement for televisions. Televisions will be used throughout conference rooms, staff lounge, and waiting/lobby area of Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic. BACKGROUND: The JAHVH Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic has a requirement for televisions. PURPOSE: Televisions will be used for news channels in the staff lounges and waiting areas. Televisions in the conference rooms will be used to display meeting agenda and/or teams. SCOPE: JAHVH Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic is requesting contractors provide brand name or equal equipment that meets or exceed the physical, functional and performance of the listed salient characteristics in this section. The equipment feature is essential to the technical requirements to meet the need of the government.
