Rental term will be based upon a base plus 4 contract. The modular buildings will be used in support of patient care during several upcoming renovation projects. Buildings will be used by outpatient mental health services and 1st floor clinical services. Buildings will be delivered and set up at West Palm Beach VA Health Care System, 7305 N Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Fl. Contractor shall follow all state, local, and federal guidelines. (Specific Building Codes, Flood Plain, Lane space for EMS, Police, and Fire. Water, and electrical tie-in requirements, etc, etc.)
