STATEMENT OF NEED GENERAL: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) Mental Health and Domiciliary has executed a new lease/build that will consolidate and expand the mental health and domiciliary clinic, 8501 Temple Terrace Highway, Tampa, Florida 33637, has a requirement for kitchen shelving units. The kitchen shelving units will include all different size of shelving, mobile shelving, wall shelf, mobile drying rack and dish dolly located in the Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic. BACKGROUND: The JAHVH Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic has a requirement for various kitchen shelving units, mobile shelving, wall shelf, mobile drying rack, and dish dolly. PURPOSE: The various kitchen shelving units, mobile shelving, wall shelf, mobile drying rack, and dish dolly are required for Nutrition Food Services to prepare meal for Domiciliary patients/veterans. SCOPE: JAHVH Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic is requesting contractors to provide brand name or equal equipment that meets or exceed the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics in this section. The equipment feature is essential to the technical requirements to meet the need of Nutrition Food Services department.
