DESCRIPTION: The North Florida/South Georgia (NF/SG) Veterans Healthcare System, Gainesville VAMC, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL, 32608 intends to award on a Sole Source basis for Maintenance/service and postage meter rentals for the Logistic Department. The proposed source is Pitney Bowes Inc., 3001 Summer St, Stamford, CT 06926. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK: Pitney Bowes Inc. is required to provide postage meter rentals, as well as maintenance/service and support to ensure that the equipment remains operational. TERM: This will be a firm fixed price contract for a base plus four option years. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. The proposed NAICS 811210 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $30.0 million. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature to the Contract Specialist no later than 03/08/2023 at 3;00 PM EST. Responses should be sent to jose.hernandez@va.gov.
