The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) at San Juan, Puerto Rico has a requirement for the relocation of a Medical Gases Panel located in its Operating Room (OR) Main Hallway. These services will be performed at the VACHS main facility in San Juan. The contractor shall relocate the Medical Gases Panel, which is a MEGA3 medical gas notification panel system, must be relocated six (6) feet from the column where it is currently located. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors), and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be N065 (Installation of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This is not a solicitation. If there is sufficient interest, a solicitation shall be posted on the FBO website. Additionally, in order to demonstrate capability to fulfill the Government s requirements, the interested vendors must provide the following certificates: American Society of Sanitary Engineers (ASSE) 6010 Installers Certificate ASSE 6020 Inspectors Certificate Interest/capability statements shall be submitted to Wilfredo Perez via e-mail at wilfredo.perez3@va.gov by March 6, 2022 at 10:00 AM Atlantic Standard Time (AST). Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services under the same or a related NAICS codes. 2. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each. 3.
