All work shall be conducted in accordance with contract terms and conditions, specifications and compliant with all certifications, permits and licenses required to perform the services. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about April 22, 2023. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
