Question and answer summary for VAMC West Palm Beach fire alarm and fire sprinkler testing and inspection services-36C248-23Q-0481 Date- 2/22/2023 Question from Vendor- Good day, I hope that my email finds you well, I m reaching out to you regarding the J043--Medical Gas Inspection & Maintenance Services RFQ 36C24823Q0481, We are willing to bid on this project but unfortunately, we didn t get the chance to attend the site visit, for us to make an accurate pricing we will need the system serial numbers of these Power EX units, that information should be on the same decal that had the model number on the control panel. We will need the serial number that starts with an (H) followed by the build date and the rest of the serial number so we will be needing that to track. Unfortunately for the complete systems, the pump and dryer serial number aren t enough to pull the information requested. And the manufacturer parts require the serial numbers for their systems to quote accurate parts, If you could please provide me with the systems serial numbers it would be much appreciated, Answer- Serial numbers: H 2/15/2010 456296-204 and H 11/17/2011 509558-256

Military Trail in West Palm Beach, FL 33410-6400, intends to release Solicitation 36C248-23-Q-0481 for the purchase of Preventative Maintenance and Inspections of All Medical Gas Equipment Services located at VAMC West Palm Beach. The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, Riviera Beach, FL 33410, has a requirement for these services as the current contract ended back in 2022. The Contractor shall provide a sufficient number of staff in order to meet the needs of the VA in accordance with this requirement. All other contract details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Quotes, which is to be electronically issued, in commercial item format, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 on or about February 8, 2023. The close date will be on or about February 22, 2023.
