The information gathered from this request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The West Palm Beach VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide all tools materials and equipment need to perform fire sprinkler hydraulic calculations for all zones located in buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 21, 22. Several buildings do have some hydraulic calculations on drawings. The rest will need to be calculated by a fire sprinkler engineer. Contractor will be provided a copy of the original as-built fire sprinkler drawings. Existing as-built drawings will be made available to the CONTRACTOR; however, their accuracy along with survey, subsurface information and data is not guaranteed and shall be reviewed and verified by the CONTRACTOR as part of the investigative services. Contractor shall review and verify all existing documents for accuracy. Verify and or calculate the hydraulics of each zone in the Main building and the CLC building. Contractor will fabricate and install hydraulic calculation placards on each zone valve in buildings 1 , 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 21, 22. Each placard will include all information required by TJC, NFPA13 and VA guidelines The Contractor shall provide a complete set of record drawings clearly delineating all fire sprinkler zones with the information attached for each zone. Drawings shall be in accordance with all applicable requirements of the NFPA, EPA, OSHA, National Plumbing Code, National Electric Code, ASHRAE, National Safety Code, VA Specifications, VA Standard Details, VA Construction Standards (match existing site materials), VA Space Planning Criteria PG-18-9, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
