Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intend to solicit for Medically Enhanced Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) for the six counties in corporate Orlando (Orange, Brevard, Volusia, Osceola, Seminole, and Lake) in support of the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) located at 13800 Veteran Way, Orlando, FL 32827. The Government anticipates a multiple firm-fixed price awards for 12 months base period plus four 12 months option periods. The anticipated applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned is 624221- Temporary Shelters, size standards of $11.0 million. The solicitation will be issued electronically to SAM.gov | Home, the official U.S. Government system for contract opportunities. The anticipated date of the solicitation will be on or about March 28, 2023. Contractors must register their entity at SAM.gov prior to contract award, during performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment.
