Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to provide Dialysis water testing & PM Services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) and its associated Outpatient Clinics and offices. Place of Performance: Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) at Lake Nona 13800 Veterans Way Orlando FL, 32827 Project scope: The OVAMC hemodialysis clinic has a 4400 RO for producing water used for dialysis in the future. AAMI standards require regular testing of this water source at various points in the system to ensure the safety of the water supply for hemodialysis purposes. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform analysis and testing of the dialysis water supply. This service will include water testing to current standards for water quality for hemodialysis. OVAMC staff members will collect water samples and prepare them for delivery to the testing lab. The contractor will provide all sample testing per the schedule of services and results reporting as required by current AAMI standards. This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notices pursuant to FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 333310 and the small business size standard of 1,000 employees is applicable. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. Capability statements shall include the following business information: a. UEI number, business name, and address. b. Point of Contact (Including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) c. Business size for NAICS: 333310. d. Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, 8a, HUBZone, WO, Small Business, etc.) Interested parties shall also, provide the following information: a.
