Question 1: The statement of need delivery says There are no loading docks at this facility, contractor will be required to deliver items to designated spaces within the facility. Will the items also need assembled/ installed? Answer 1: Yes, we need them assembled/installed: They will need to be uncrated outside as there is no warehouse or loading dock at this facility. The front doors are sliding and are 144 W x 84 H. Â There is a covered entry at this door. Back door Entrance is 48 W x 84 H Doors to get to exam room and exam room doors are 42 W x 84 H The building is only 1 floor. Someone from the VA will be available during receiving. Question 2: Where is the LOS document?
