This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the C.W. Bill Young VA medical Center maintains an annual technical support and maintenance contract for the MiPACS Dental Enterprise Viewer and MiPACS Storage Server applications installed in the main hospital via Bay Pines. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The Draft PWS describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final PWS included in a solicitation. The anticipated period of performance of: 1 March 2023 thru 28 February 2024 with possible four one-year option periods. This RFI will obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses: Large Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, small business sources; HUB Zone 8(a), Women-Owned, or small disadvantaged business concerns; and their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519. The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the availability of small businesses in consideration of a socio-economic set-aside. Interested parties submitting a response to this inquiry must include the following information: 1. Name and address of company 2. Primary point of contact, including phone number and e-mail address 3. Applicable socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information, which demonstrates firm s ability to meet the requirement 4. Experience. Brief descriptions of recent and relevant projects for tasks similar to those in the Draft PWS (1 page maximum) 5.
