Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase Brand Name or Equal Symphony Ice Machines; twenty five (25) Model number 12CI400A-SI and fifteen (15 Model number 25CI400A-SI as listed below on Attachment 1(Salient Characteristic/Item Schedule). The RFQ # is 36C24823Q0170. The government anticipates making an award as a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-05 (10/25/2022).
