The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) is conducting market research pursuant to FAR Part 10 to determine if sources are capable of satisfying our agency needs. This notice is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, it s only for information and planning purposes only, therefore it shall not be construed as a commitment by NCO 8 to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict NCO 8 to an acquisition approach. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. All information received in response to this notice that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is requesting information from potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide maintenance support for air pressure testing and laboratory hoods certifications. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services is $16.5 Million. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement is provided on ATTACHMENT A. Interested parties must be able to submit clear and convincing documentation on ATTACHMENT B demonstrating their capabilities.
