The trailer has a discharge pipe in the rear end and a hose is connected to it and then to the inlet pipe on the CEP building. The salt is then pumped into the brine tanks by use of the tractor that is pulling the trailer via a pneumatic PTO system. The same way was used before. 2. salt requested, should Packaged bags, or loose be emptied in a storage container? No. And should this be coarse industrial? No. Answer: There is no grade specified in the Statement of Need. As long as it meets the specifications stated. Please read the STATEMENT OF NEED (SON). It will be used for water treatment, therefor water softener salt would be required. 3. Any particular type of salt? Answer: Must be granular and not powder. 4.
