It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. This notice aims for market research and to make the appropriate acquisition decision to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses with a Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking businesses who can provide rental medical equipment, such as Bariatric Rental Equipment and other rental equipment and related supplies on a as needed basis for the sole purpose of patient care for patients of the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) or the OVAHCS Community Living Center (CLC). Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities.
