This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-05, 10/25/2022. This requirement is Pharmaceutical Reverse Distribution Waste Pick-up and destruction. See Statement of Work All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://wwwbeta.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The record shall be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications; and SDVOSB/VOSB s shall be certified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov. The Government will evaluate all quotations using the Comparative Evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. Quotes shall be received 11/14/2022 at 4:30 PM, Eastern Time Zone and reference the solicitation number.
