The VA Caribbean Healthcare System is seeking information on business concerns capable of providing the supply and distribution of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen to the VA Caribbean Healthcare System at the address listed below. San Juan VA Medical Center 10 Casia St, San Juan, PR 00921 The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, supervision, parts, supplies, materials, shipping expenses, and travel necessary for the delivery of medical grade liquid bulk oxygen to all federal and the VACHS facility. The contract term shall cover a ONE (1) year Base Period, plus four (4) additional option years; the one (1) year option years are subject to be exercised at the Government s discretion.
