The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Dancey Contracting, LLC of St. Cloud, FL to provide electrical repairs and replacement of an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) in support of the Lake Baldwin VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Orlando, FL. NCO 8 anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 13.106-1, only one responsible source reasonably available to satisfy the agency requirements, in conjunction with Subpart 13.5.
